Mapei Ultraplan Renovation Screed 3240 is a fibre reinforced self levelling compound.

Used for interior levelling, smoothing and infilling differences in thickness from 3 to 40 mm.it can be hand or pump applied.

Ideal on new or existing concrete, screeds, stone, terrazzo and ceramic tiles, old and new timber floors, floor boards, chipboard panels, plywood.

Ultraplan Renovation Screed 3240 is suitable where good resistance to loads is required.Suitable for use with underfloor heating and for encapsulating electric cable undertile heating systems.

We offer home and site delivery, however this will only be possible if the surface is firm and level, such as concrete, block paving and tarmac etc and at the driver’s discretion. The pallet truck will not operate on any uneven or soft surface such as grass or gravel or on steep slopes. If the pallet is left at the home and site kerb side it will then be your responsibility to transfer the product to your preferred area. If there is an access issue for large vehicles (the size of a refuse lorry etc) on the roads leading to your property, please let us know before you place your order.
