Your order will arrive on a wooden pallet. Deliveries will be made with either crane or tail lift off load, if you have any specific requirement or access issues please let us know in the comments section at checkout. We offer home and site delivery, however this will only be possible if the surface is firm and level, such as concrete, block paving and tarmac etc and at the driver’s discretion. If applicable, the pallet truck will not operate on any uneven or soft surface such as grass or gravel or on steep slopes. If the pallet is left at the home and site kerb side it will then be your responsibility to transfer the product to your preferred area.
