Delivery Times
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, between 8am and 5pm. While we can’t guarantee specific times, we’ll keep you updated on the day.
Your requested delivery date will be confirmed via text post-purchase. Our team will then contact you by phone or text on the day of delivery to provide an arrival time.
Delivery Charges
Aggregates, bricks & blocks, cement etc are free delivery over £150. There will be delivery charges applied for orders under these thresholds.
Products labelled ‘Buy in Bulk‘ and some Insulation, drylining & render products have a higher threshold for free delivery.
For an accurate delivery charge, please add your items to the cart then enter your postcode.
Delivery charges are subject to change.
Combination charges
In order to provide the best & fastest service possible, delivery charge categories are charged individually so you may have a combination of charges in your basket.
Building Products Delivery ETA
Delivery ETA’s vary dependent on the products ordered however for must products delivery will be 1-2 working days.
On the checkout page you will find a delivery date calendar where you can request advanced delivery dates.
Important Delivery Information
We offer convenient home and site delivery to get your materials as close as possible to where you need them. If you have any special requirements, please leave a note in the customer notes at checkout. To ensure a safe and successful delivery by our crane lorry or pallet truck, please note the following access requirements:

Firm & Level Surface Required: Our delivery equipment (pallet trucks and crane lorries) can only operate on a firm, level, and paved surface such as concrete, block paving, or tarmac.

Surface Restrictions: We cannot offload onto soft, uneven surfaces like grass, gravel, or soil, nor can we maneuver on steep slopes. Delivery is always subject to the driver’s professional discretion regarding safety.

Kerbside Policy: If we are unable to access your preferred site area due to restricted access or unsuitable ground, your pallet of building products will be safely left at the kerbside. It will then be your responsibility to move the product to your final location.

Vehicle Access: Our delivery vehicles are large (similar in size to a refuse lorry). If you anticipate any access issues on the roads leading to your property, please inform us before placing your order so we can make alternative arrangements.
- Difficult to find?: If your property is notoriously difficult to find please use what3words and provide in customer notes at checkout.
Collections
Collections can be made by selecting ‘Collect’ on the Checkout page and entering the code ‘collect’ in the coupon code area to remove the delivery charge if neccessary. Once the order has been placed we will then text you the collection address which will likely be within 10 miles of your billing address or any postcode you would like to provide in the comments.
Cancellations / Returns
- Changes to orders or cancellations must be made before goods are despatched. Refunds will be made in full if cancelled before the goods leave our yard.
- If an order is placed and then cancelled after products have already been despatched then a refund will be given less the cost to return or re-route goods to an alternative delivery point.
- If the customer wishes to cancel an order after goods have been delivered then they may do so within seven working days of delivery. Goods must be returned in original packaging and fit for resale, at customers cost, to our premises as per the Distance Selling Regulations.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
